Planning your Function
- Contact the event coordinators at Sabur to discuss your event requirements and preferences.
- Request a proposal with a sample menu and pricing projections. At this time, the space, if available, will be put on a tentative hold for your use.
- Request the proposal and discuss changes with your event coordinator, if necessary.
- Schedule a meeting with your event coordinator to do a site visit.
- Sign your contract (the proposal pricing page) and send it back to Sabur along with a 50% deposit. At this time, the space is permanently booked.
- Speak with your event coordinator regarding audio visual equipment, music and/or entertainment, and flowers (if necessary).
- Confirm your menu and wine selections at least two (2) weeks prior to your event.
- Confirm final details at least one (1) week prior to your event. Details include the seating arrangements and floor plan, the menu title, and the specific progression of your event.
- Confirm the number of guests and the time of arrival at least three (3) days prior to your event.
